Who We Are
Davis, Consulting and Management Inc. (DCM) is a real estate development company established in 2013 by Nehemiah Davis, Founder and President. DCM specializes in developing affordable and workforce housing within income and disadvantaged communities. Plenty of the Affordable Housing and workforce housing projects that DCM have in place is partnership with nonprofit organizations within the communities we develop homes.
Our Services
DCM is currently working with over a half dozen not-for-profit housing organizations and for-profit companies to assist them in building over 400 units of housing in between the states of Florida, Georgia and Alabama.
Meet The Founder
Nehemiah Davis, The President
Mr. Davis has over thirty-(30)-years in the real estate development business, throughout the South and central Florida areas. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Davis, business associates assisted their nonprofit clientele in raising and managing over one hundred fifty million dollars ($150,000,000.00) in public and private project funds. These funds was raised by applying for government grants, foundation grants, government low interest loans, from local City, County, State and Federal government agencies. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Davis has worked with dozens of nonprofit organizations of multiple affordable housing and workforce projects to build hundreds of housing and commercial units, which consist of Garden Walk style apartment complex, Single-Family Home subdivisions, Infill Single-Family Homes, commercial buildings, Shopping Centers, and hundreds of renovation housing and commercial storefront units and motels.
